On July 8th, 2020, Mark Liu, the CEO of CAN4U KIDS, attended BC-based angel investment meetings that were held by VANTECT Angel Network. He introduced the CAN4U KIDS program, highlighting the promising and innovative business model to hundreds of investors and entrepreneurs.
VANTEC Angel Network is composed of a group of angel investors who want to support promising BC-based entrepreneurs in technology ventures with angel investment, advice and connections. The mission of the organization is to help grow the angel investing community and angel investments made in BC, and to support angel investors in making more and better investments. Since 1999, VANTEC has been hosting monthly angel investment meetings where 8-12 early stage companies present their business and investment opportunity to an audience of angel investors. VANTEC is often the first investor community where startups pitch. The organization offers entrepreneurs a 90 second preview pitch and the chance to give a full presentation based on investor interest. In addition, VANTEC also introduces all investment opportunity pitches to our network of angel investors across BC and the Pacific Northwest in the free monthly angel investing newsletter.
